It is our mission to produce fresh, healthy, great tasting gluten-free and allergenic-free baked goods. Our production facility is 100% dedicated free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, soy and sesame. We especially want people who are burdened by dietary restrictions to be able to take pleasure in food again – to savor fresh breads, pizza and prepared foods and to relish decadent baked goods and cakes that rival traditional items.
