I have been meaning to email you, with tremendous gratitude! As you well know, traveling with a child with life-threatening allergies can be tricky. Given the prevalence of nuts in dessert products, we typically decide to simply skip dessert. When we traveled for a special birthday to Disney World, however, that raised a quandary — take our chances or disappoint our 4 and 7 year old daughters. Thanks to your outstanding customer service and ingenuity, however, everything was fantastic. You sent us nut-free cupcakes that arived at our hotel in a safe wrapped package, and — as your name suggests — all could eat and the birthday celebration was a great success. Everyone is your shop is so nice, especially the young girl up at the front. She really helped us both out with all of our questions.
